Checking if 10 cells on Row2 have equal values? any easy formulas?

I need to check if 10 cells (A2 thorugh J2) on Row2 have equal values.
I'm currently using IF along with AND for comparison of consecutive cells.

any easy formulas?

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
Maybe there is a reason for this to fail that I've missed, or maybe we just overlooked the obvious.

=MAX(A2:J2)=MIN(A2:J2)
