I am trying to set up an Excel based invoice system and would like to have a "FORM" for the employees to enter the data in with.
However, I have found that unless all the field names are in a single row, the Data|form function does not pick up all the fields The fields are - InvoiceNo ; Re: ; To: ; Vessel: ; Ref: To be laid out in a pattern of 2 : 2 : 1 If anyone can offer a solution to this problem, I would be most grateful Many thanks Peter |

More than likely, this is your problem:
Headings MUST be in row 1, first record must be in row 2. To have multiple-line headings, user Alt-Enter to get a paragraph return within a cell. Hope that helps!
