Distributing dollar amounts w/out rounding

I have a spreadsheet that summarizes all our invoice amounts for all of our 20 locations. There is a subtotal coloumn that I distibute a service charge between all of the offices. When I do that, the values are rounded, which either leaves me a few cents short or over in my total cost. Is there a way that I can tell Excel to just distribute the service charge without rounding??

Format the cells that have this figure in so that they have more decimal places.
