Changing format of a userform

Is it possible to change the format of a userform, with a macro.

It depends what you want to do, most properties can be changed 'on the fly' and you can add or remove controls, but if you could be more specific, then someone'll help you out.

I have made a form via the toolbar(Data,Form)
This form is displayed via macro on the screen.How can I write my macro,so that this form is always displayed on the same place of my screen.
Is this possible?
Nobody may change the place,and if they do,by the following opening of this workbook the form comes automaticly on the right place of the screen.
