I have some data that I allow users to page by 3 hierarchies in a pivot table. When a selection is made in the first hierarchy, it limits the valid values available in the second hierarchy. But, I cannot figure out how to force it to limit the values shown in the drop down box. Do I need a macro to do this? Does anyone have an example I could look at and copy?
Thanks, Kelly |

This can't be done in a PivotTable. Fields "remember" all items in their domain -- even those that have been subsequently removed from the data source.
