I've tried this a million different ways and it doesn't seem to work.
Copy a range of cells that contains empty cells, right-click paste special, select values and skip blanks. The exact same range is pasted in, blank cells and all!!! How is this supposed to work? Is this a bug or is this user error? |

Figured this one out on my own. SkipBlanks only means that blank cells when pasted will not wipeout exsisting data.
