Yeah sure. The stock workbooks looks like this:
Product Name Product ID Price Super Fish Food FF01 £1.99 Quantity Total Value Supplier 10 £19.90 Aquatics Ltd. So when the quantity goes below 10 or equal 2 10 i need the whole of this row to copy and go into the Re-order sheet which looks like this: Product Name Price Quantity Required Kool Kat collars £2.99 10 Cost Supplier £29.90 Wundpet This would be a real help!!! The quantity required could all b say 10 and the cost could b a formula. i hope this can b answered. THANK U!!!! |

1. When your quantity gets to 10 (or less), how much do you want to order? 2. How is the value of quantity changed? Is it manual or formula? 3. Is the file layed out with: • Row 1 a header for product name, ID and price • Row 2 contains data for Row 1 • Row 3 is blank • Row 4 a header for quantity, total value, and supplier. • Row 5 contains data for Row 5. Regards,

My questions were: 1. Can you put the re-order quantity amount in an adjacent column (say column G, based on your data stated earlier)? 2. How many records (rows) do you anticipate having in your spreadsheet? Regards,
