Help! I need a formula that will enable my spread sheet to count the different colors of cells. For example: A column from B2 to B10 has three different shades of color(red, yellow, and green), I would like cell B12 to tell me how many "reds" there are, cell B13 shows how many "yellows" and B14 shows the "greens". Any ideas? I've tried several formulas based on the color index number, but to no avail. Thanks.

Use the Search function of the board. This question has been addressed several times recently.
