I have receive a spreadsheet that contains a drag down option on the header labels. Under the drag down it contians all the listings that are below, I was wondering if anyone here knows how to do that. I would greatly appreciate your help.

Take a look in the online help (F1) under "custom fill"
I think that's what you're looking for.
