Place a 2nd copy of 'SalesAmount' field button in your PivotTable's DATA area. While still in the PivotTable wizard, double-click the 'Sum of SalesAmount2' field button and press [ Options>> ]. Set the "Show data as" drop down list to "Running Total In" with a "Base field" of "Time" and press [ OK ]. Double-click the 'Sum of SalesAmount2' field button once more and change it's "Name" to "Accumulate Total".
Press the wizard's [ Finish ] button. |
