if you have a lot of data (a long,long list) and you need to move up and down the list frequently, can you get to the end of the worksheet without using the scroll bar? I can never get that right and always overshoot or undershoot. Similarly can you mark locations in the sheet so that you can go straight to them without searching/scrolling
Thanks Aditya As an aside, could someone explain what a pivot table is? |

Hi
Click in your column, hold down control and press the down arrow to get to the bottom, press the up arrow to get to the top. This works if you have an unbroken list. regards Derek |
