Is there a way to restrict the use of a specific pivot table field without restricting others?
Example: Pivot Table 1 has page fields: EMPLOYEE NAME CLIENT NAME Data fields: PRODUCT SOLD QUANTITY SALES AMOUNT COMMISSION I want to be able to e-mail the Pivot/Worksheet as an attachment to the specific employee, but only allow them to see their own information and not that of their fellow employees. I can password-protect the sheet, but this disables all pivoting to the report. I only want to turn off the pivoting capability the EMPLOYEE NAME Page Field, leaving the other page filds and data fields free to pivot. Is this possible? Any help would be great!

PivotTables "see" all of the source data, and "remember" all field items that existed since its creation.
