Can not open Excel file !!!

Hi,

It seems an excel file has some kind of virus and I can not open it.

I have tried ExcelFix but it says the file has no data, but it still weights 125K.

What's the exact message you get when attempting to open the file?

Excel files sometimes get corrupted but it's usually when files are large (apparently not in the case) or when there is complex formatting, VBA code or other stuff in the file. Post the message and it should help diagnose the problem.

It apears the following message:

"This file is not in a recongnizable format"

Then I press ok, but the file is empty.
