Hi. Looking for code that will work the following way: Column D is a drop down list of text values, say "red star", "Blue triangle", "red triangle". When an item is picked Column C would populate the symbols (Wingdings), example is diamond = wingdings "t". I think using some type of Case Selection would work, like case "red triangle" = "t" wingdings.color. (It definately needs to take in consideration the color.) I know how in my head it should work but not proficent enough in programming to complete it. I'm a newbie so be gentle.

This ComboBox you're using is based on what ? Data Validation ? Form Toolbar control ? Control Toolbar ?
To change the color of a cell just use: Range("A1").Font.Color = 255 'For Red |
