Is there a way to "unhook" a pivot table but keep the formatting? I need to send a number of sales report formats based on a pivot table, and using the auto format makes it easy to provide readable reports. The file size is too big, and I don't want to send the data along with the report. And when I copy and paste special, I can only paste the data, losing the formatting. Any ideas?
Thanks |

Hi
Once you have pasted as values you should still be able to repaste again as "formats only" |

Duh! I knew I was overlooking something simple. Thanks! Talk about quick responses.
