Mark W. MrExcel MVP Join Date: Feb 2002 Location: Austin, Texas USA Posts: 11,654	PivotTables are the modern equivalent of Excel's Crosstab functionality. I recommend that you review the online Help info for PivotTables starting with "PivotTables: Analyzing data interactively".
