I've created a rather large workbook that contains over 60 worksheets with many formulas and macros. When I try to save the sheet I'm getting the following error:
EXCEL caused an invalid page fault in module OLE32.DLL at 017f:7ff46e58. Any idea on what is causing this and how I can correct it? |

Hi --
OLE32.DLL Is resources related. i guess Win95 or 98 even NT, this is memory allocation and Windows cant hack the Excel demands as you save it runs the data if not calculates ermm how do you say writes the data to the sheet so it can save else it looses since last save.. no matter who much RAM or power you have windows is struggling at 017f:7ff46e58. As for that gawd knows what that is, doubt Micrsoft will know So yopu need so help / fix. 60 WS.... most sheets have formulas and functions that are no longer needed as old or prev months data so copy paste as value to kill off active formulas ans save ... at some time it will give as resources come back. or Re boot and save.. max power them if only excel open. HTH Rdgs ========== Jack PS... all my suggestions on a copy workbook not original untill solved - i dont want nasty post blaming me for messing your work up.. try first on a copy.. IS always BEST. |
