How can I create a form that will have a box, where I can type a number (a job#) from my column A1, and it will take me to that cell. I have over 3000 jobs, and I hate scrolling every time. I want to be able to type the number in the box, and get to that cell in the column.

No userform needed. Just type Ctrl+F, and type the job number in the find dialog, and press enter. It will take you to your job number.
