Is there a way I can instantly clear/remove/empty cells? I just want Excel to show the cells that contain data. It is possible to hide all the cells to the left and the cells to the base but this takes time. Does anybody know a quick solution to this? Also, what is the key press to go directly to the bottom of the spreadsheet with out scrolling all the way down.
Thanks |

Hi
I am a bit confused by your statement "instantly clear/remove/empty cells" if they are empty what will you clear or remove? To move to the end of you Sheet use: Ctrl+End or do move to the first blank cell in any Column, select a cell in the Column and push Ctrl+Down arrow |

Hi
Select a row ,place your cursor against the bottom of that row until it changes to a white arrow. Now hold down Contol+Shift and press the down direction. That will select to the bottom, now select hide. Similar process with columns. regards Derek |
