hello, i need help with something. am calculating my students grades and i was wondering if there was an excel function wherein i can convert the number grade to a the letter equivalent. say if the number grade is 95-100 it would be an A , or 90-94 would be B+ ....is this possible? thanks!

If you are happy to have a lookup table like I have in E1:F5 then the formula =LOOKUP(A2,$E$1:$F$6) in B2 copied down to B5 might be what you want.
If you don't want to have the lookup table you can do the same thing in a (longer) formula like I have in B9 =LOOKUP(A9,{50,75,90,95},{"C","B","B+","A"}) copied down to B12.
