Hi all,
I'm trying to use =SUBSTITUTE and =AND in one formula but can't get the syntax right : A1 : "This is the sentence I want to alter" B1 : substitute "sentence" with "file" and substitute "alter" with "delete" is it possible ? many thanks Chris |

If your text is in cell C3, try: =SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE(C13,"sentence","File"),"alter","Delete") |
