I have a macro button on a workbook(I need it to run on different workbooks). When I click it, it gives me a 400 error message
It only runs on the workbook where the macro is created What should I do? Thanks in advance |

When you saved your macro you saved it in "This Workbook Only." It is not available to other workbooks.
Re due it and save in "Personal Macro Workbook" if your the only user on that machine it should now be available to all workbooks. BTW I never use this as I find it easier to just copy the macro and paste it into what ever new workbook I want it to run in. That way I can taylor the code to do what ever specialities the new workbook may demand. |
