MS Access board?

Is there an MS Access board similiar to this one?

I am trying to keep duplicate records from showing in a query I am running from two tables and have not been able to find out how to keep them from showing.

If anyone can point me in the right direction, I would appreciate it.

MarkW once gave me a link to a site. I looked in my favorites and thought this was it, but I went to it and I couldn't find it.

Anyway, have you tried adding the Sums row to the detail area, and selecting Group By for the things that you want to show up only once, and Sum for the numbers you are totalling?

In your query, in Design View, click on the title bar of the query window, and then click on the properties icon (or go to View-Properties). In the properties box, change Unique Values to "yes".

THANK YOU so much!! I've been trying to fix this query for weeks. Unfortunatly I've had to learn Access on my own by trial and error after using another relational database for years that is much different.
