I want to use a list data validation for some cells so I dont have to type in common values.
BUT... I dont want that list to be the ONLY data allowed. I want to allow the user to type in whatever they want. I just want the list for convenience to enter common choices, but I dont want those to be the only choices. Is it possible to do this? |

Sure is, Just uncheck the "Show error alert..." checkbox on the Error page tab.
