Validation List too small to view

I have added a validation list to a cell in my workbook and the font (text) is too small to read. Is there a fix for this?

the only non-VBA solution I could think of would be to get rid of any unwanted toolbars (like drawing toolbar) that eat up screen space and maybe increase your magnification %age, I couldn't find anything in start/settings/control panel/display/appearance although there's also screen area in settings if you're running with honey-I-shrank-the-kids sized screen settings
