I have a ledger where the labels in Column B change each month. There are repeat values in column B: which I would like to subtotal or SUM.
A B C 2/13 City Bank 5.00 2/15 ABC pest 100.00 2/15 contract help 50.00 2/25 City Bank 50.00 2/30 contract help 150.00 3/1 ABC pest 100.00 3/1 Gloria Indoors 200.00 The result I want is City Bank 55.00 ABC Pest 200.00 Contract help 200.00 Gloria Indoors 200.00 Each month the labels might be different so I don't want to have to put in the formula what label to search for. See the menu items "Data"-> "subtotals"
Subtotal by change in value in column B. Cheers, Nate |
