Workbook Sharing Problem

I have a big workbook which draws off quite a few different other files my problem is I want 10 others to be able to access this program on a network drive but only one can use the program at a time any thoughts??

Have you tried the "Share Workbooks..." option under the "Tools" menu? Go through all the options, limits functionality, but could be good.
