How do I write a macro for a button that will print multiple specific ranges in a workbook? (i.e., I have sheets for January, February, March, etc... but I only want a specific range from each page printed (A1:F13).)
And I do I keep the format the same so that it will print the same way on different computers? Thanks! |

You should be able to create a macro to do this with the macro recorder.

Have a look at "Record a macro" in the Help index.

Why a macro? Why not define the Print_Area once on each worksheet using Defined Names or the File | Print Area | Set Print Area menu command?
