extract a comment and a dd to a cell value

I have got code to put a picture into a cell comment. what i want however is to actually insert this picture into a cell.
is there code to extract the picture from the cell comment and put it as a cell value?
Yes i want the cell to have a picture in it.
HELP REQUIRED URGENTLY

The comment to picture will be fine and locked in Excel OK, but you cant put picture in cell that way, but can paste as look like in cell if alligned OK, or maybe over the top....

Post the code ill look to see if like we have on cell comment so float over cell picture appears... any good

I' actually decide to stop trying to insert it in a cell and just insert the picturs as a picture but starting at a partivular cell reference.
The quoting program now looks up the designed code, and its relevant picture, and then skips through the entire quote deleting ols pictures and posting new ones...
