rounding a column

I need to round a column that has numbers in in it like $137.88 I need to round them all down so they would be $137.00 ex: 143.00 would be 143.00 135.87 would be 135.00

=ROUNDDOWN(A1)

or

=INT(A1)

where A1 houses a target value.
