combo box problem

I have created a combo box, and through
properties, I have selected the list range
and those appear in the list, but when I protect the worksheet, the combo box does
not drop down and allow me to choose. To do
so I must unprotect the worksheet, highlight the combo box, right click, and selct object
edit. Help?

Hi cpc

So long as its "Locked" property is set to False, protecting the sheet should have no effect. Unless you are using a Locked cell for its CellLink Property! If so this cell needs to be unlocked via the Format Cells dialog.
