This may be a bit tricky, but
select a cell and hold down ALT, on number pad type 0128 Release Alt Select this symbol from the formula bar at the top of the screen as text ..CTRL c Go to format cells, custom and enter this symbol ..CTRL v enter a space and type 0.00 this should get it for you.
