Validation

Hi Everyone.
When I use Validation in one cell and I choose a department from that list what i would like it to do is then in the next validation automatically display a list of names for that oparticular department. Is there a way of doing this?

Put your department names in one list Put your names for each department in seperate lists and name those ranges with the department names. Then for your second validation, use the indirect function to refer to the first validated cell.
