Greetings...
I created an Excel '00 template, and I would like my co-workers to use it as a Workgroup Template. MS Word has an option for Workgroup templates that allows the user to go to File|New and retrieve a workgroup template. How can I let end users access this template (like they usually would do through MS Word)? (I can't put this template on the server for security purposes.) Any suggestions are appreciated... |

If you have a folder you store Workgroup Templates for Word, you can also store Excel templates there. Word sets the default for MS Office files. If you don't have a shared drive to store templates, you will have to distribute copies (Bad idea) and have each user place acopy in their on Excel template folder
