I have an excel file with 5 worksheets that print 7 pages. When printing entire workbook to acrobat distiller, the first 5 pages form one .pdf file, then the screen jumps to acrobat. When I go back to excel the last 2 pages are printed when I select a new .pdf file name. What can I do to force acrobat to create one .pdf file for all 7 pages?

HI
OK you have full DSP Acrobat Distiller as you say What version 4 i guess if so it dreadfuk for this task! Why? OK look muilt sheets are lost like in saving CVS files from Exl WkBk, it dont like it so plays up. In version 5, i am lead to beleive Adobe has got arround this, i have not tested this, maybe i should.... (Chris D pester me on this so i give in a techi this one please) And V5 has button thats does it all for you.. simple.. i think.. FIX: Ok distiller sheet by sheet and add to the bottom and print, this will sove the problem, REMEMEBER Excel is really the only multi sheets platform, all are sheet after sheet. TOP TIP>>>>> make sure you stay data wise down ie set Exel to shet 1 and sheet 2 below and do not go to right else it will colaps.... any good?

I am running version 5 Acrobat Excel97
I cut and pasted the information from 5th worksheet into 4th, deleted 5th, then tried. Success! Seems like I still have some setting wrong in Acrobat - look for it another day. . . Regards, |
