=SUM(D9:Q9) where do I add 0;-0; just a begininger sorry |

Hi Capt.pt:
In addition to what Mark suggested, if you do not want 0s (zeros) to display, you can do this by TOOLS|OPIONS|VIEW ... and uncheck the Zero values box. You are unchecking the box to signify your intention that whereever the value is 0 (zero) it will not be displayed. HTH
