Time Conversion

I need a formula to convert time in hours and hundredths hh.hh to hours and minutes hh:mm and from hours and minutes hh:mm back to hours and hundredths hh.hh.

06:45 = 06.75
06.83 = 06:50

You could use
=HOUR(A1)+MINUTE(A1)/60
and
=TIME(INT(A2),ROUND(MOD(A2,INT(A2))*60,0),0)
respectively

="6:45"*24 produces 6.75
=6.83/24 produces the time value, 0.284583333333333, which when formatted as [h]:mm is displayed as 6:49
