Hi Aries
You might like to try this, it gives the appearance of a picture in a cell and adjusts as row or column widths change: Put a comment in A1 Edit the comment, as follows Right click the border Format comment tab Color and Lines open dropdown box for color Fill Effects… Picture Select picture you require Click insert and Okay Stretch and position your picture comment window until it exactly fits over the cell A1. Select Show Comment Right click border again Format comment Properties select Move and Size with cells To print your comment picture go to Page Set Up tab for Sheet under Print, comments box select "As displayed on sheet" click okay Hope this helps regards Derek PS You can also just normally insert a picture, size it to the cell, then format it so it moves and sizes with the cell. This also allows formatting to fade it to a watermark but it doesn't give you the flexibility to change text over the top of your picture as easily as with the comment method [ This Message was edited by: Derek on 2002-03-20 21:32 ] |
