I am trying to create a stacked bar chart with 2 line charts on top of the bars. I have no idea how to do this?

Create a stacked bar for all 4 data series. Right-click one of the series that you want to change and choose Chart Type. Change it to line. Do the same to the 2nd series that you want a lines.

Create a Stacked Column chart for all series. Make series that you want to be the line formatted series the 2 highest series. Change the chart type of the 2 highest series to Line. Add a 2nd Y-axis and assign the 2 highest series to this axis if necessary.
