I am kind of new to this VLOOKUP and was looking for some info.
I am creating a worksheet for pricing purposes. On sheet 1 I will have the entire pricebook and on sheet 2 will be the customer info. I want the items I pick to be copied to sheet 2 without fooling with the integrity of sheet 1. Keeping in mind that the cell information will not line up between sheets. Any examples of how to do this. Thank You |

Not knowing how your price table might be organized suppose that Sheet1!A1:D4 contains...
{"Customer","Jan","Feb ","Mar" ;"Alcoa",685,443,674 ;"3M",880,835,791 ;"U.S. Steel",719,768,157} Alcoa pricing for March could be determined using... =VLOOKUP("Alcoa",Sheet1!$A$1:$D$4,3,0) |
