Save As: Overwrite exiting file w/out dialog

I want the SaveAs (in a macro) to overwrite the previous version of the same file without prompting the user to confirm. I would be happy to just delete the previous copy of the file to be saved, but I can't figure that out either.

Application.DisplayAlerts = False
