Is there an easy way to concatenate 250 cells into 1 cell, all of which I would like to separate with a comma? Thanks you.

Download MOREFUNC of Longre from:

http://perso.wanadoo.fr/longre/excel/downloads/

and apply his MCONCAT to the range of interest:

=MCONCAT(Range,",")

which is a user-defined function.
