Hi-
When printing a part of a sheet that contains comboboxes (dropdown boxes), Is it possible not to show those dropdown boxes (little boxes with the arrows)on the printed sheet? |

Hi
While in design mode, right click the object(s) in question, from the popup menu choose format control, Click on properties, clear the print object check box? Ok Tom |

Hi TsTom and Todd_M:
If there are too many controls to individually select and disable printiting of the object, how about TOOLS|OPTIONS|VIEW|Objects ... Hide all Of course one drawback with this is that the controls will not be viewed either -- but then after printing one could turn the setting back to Show all. It may not be relevant here, but I thought I will mention it anyway!
