What Function do I use to get Excel to Extrapolate numbers. For instance, I have a database that uses 7 points for a particular site and it has now been changed to 9 points. How do I get Excel to perform extrapolation to get an estimate for the other two points.

Depends on the trend that they have, but, you may use, for example, TREND.
