Control Code To Select Sheet and Specific Cell

I want to use a control button to switch to sheet3 and select cell B8.

Sheet3.select selects the correct sheet but I do not seem to be able to select B8 without getting a debug error. Probably pretty simple if you know how!!

Can anyone help please.

Range("B8").Select
