I have a routine that creates a custom toolbar and hides the standard toolbars in excel on activation and deactivation. I would like to be able to put text along with the icon on the toolbar. Is there a way to do that and if so how.(hopefully without making a new bitmap image that includes the text)

Hi
Not good to try to answer a question with a question, but, can you right click a custom toolbar and choose cusomize? I know you can add text on the default toolbars. Tis one of the options.. Try it! Tom |

I'm presently building a program for the company I work for, and if you wouldn't mind sharing, I'd be interested in learning how you hid the standard tool bars and replaced them with the custom.
If possible, displaying your code may be helpful to many of us greenhorns. |
