the gridline option

When i click the gridline option in page setup screen the grid lines print lighter, i like that color of gridlines. but when i select the gridlines in the print area by using the borders option it prints dark. how to get around this problem ?

Anyone knows the answer? did i not put the question correct.

Hi ap2:
When you are selecting to print the border through the FORMAT|CELLS|Borders option, technically you are not printing the grid line -- grid lines will either print all or none. The borders option allows you to print the borders around the selected cells.
Now to make the border line color lighter, you can choose the color option that goes along with the border selection -- try choosing a lighter color and try to match the selection so it prints to you liking.
