Please help a Userform newbie get started.

Hi folks.

Can someone point me to an online tutorial or something to get me going on userforms? I am fairly good with VBA in general but haven't done much with Userforms. I want to design a form that has a listbox that is populated by a named range, a couple of option buttons, etc. I seem to be struggling here at the start. Any help greatly appreciated!
