Return Autofilter Criteria in VBA

i need help with VBA code that returns what criteria is selected of an autofiltered range.

For example

if this is my data set

and i filter on fall from the season column
i need the value returned to be "Fall"

but if I filter on (All)
I need it to return "All"

Excel Facts

How can you turn a range sideways?
Copy the range. Select a blank cell. Right-click, Paste Special, then choose Transpose.
Sort by date Sort by votes
This will give you the criteria without the equal sign, and "All" when All is selected as you asked:
