This may sound like a stupid question, but the "Stop Recording Toolbar" has disappeared and will not reappear. It is not listed on the toolbar list and will not come up with the VBA toolbar. Where is it and how do I get it to reappear. Thanks!

Try rightclicking on an empty area of your excel toolbars. From the pop-up menu choose customise, and select the Toolbars tab (if necessary). Then select the Visual Basic entry and click on Reset. This should restore it to the default.

I hate this icon, it hates me too
I kept losing it. Click on the following : view toolbars customise have a look at "stop recording" if it's unchecked, check it if it's checked, click on "reset" if you've checked it, it should appear if you've reset it, it should reappear if it's neither, look at your toolbars and see if there is a blank grey square - this is it but you've mashed it somehow : so drag it into the worksheet and you'll see it appear but with nothing in it : again, just click on reset and it will restore it Apologies if this is exactly what Mudface just said but more succinctly and eloquently o/ [ This Message was edited by: Chris Davison on 2002-02-21 13:22 ] |
